Growing up on a Strawberry Farm, creating this quilt was a must! Rich, Ripe Strawberries in a field of green! Delicious quilt with a variety of red scrappy berries offering 2 different kinds, one is chunky and the other pointy.
A second Strawberry Patches quilt was made showcasing the ripening progression on the diagonal, starting in the left upper corner with a light green berry, to pinks, reds and finally a rotten berry in the bottom right hand corner. LOL
Pattern includes clear black and white diagrams and a link sharing a step by step pictorial to enhance the pattern instructions. Instructions include how to make corner triangles and 8 half square triangles using only 2 fabric squares. All traditional piecing and rotary cutting methods used.
